So its been over a year since my last post - but as I was sitting at work today thinking about how STARVING I was randomly at 3pm I decided that maybe blogging about my diet / hunger / work out / laziness thoughts and feelings may make me more accountable and thus more successful. No one reads my nonesense anyway and while I am have no aspirations of becoming a cool blogger - I just need to get this down and out of my head.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, green apple w/Nutella
Lunch: Tomato Soup (new fave from Trader Joes) and chicken nuggets (4 for 190 cals - I had 6 for 285 cals)
Dinner: Prosciutto wrapped asparagus (3 pieces prosc for 180 cals), Canned salmon (whole can for 180), kale chips, 2 slices of brie on small pieces of bread (probably around 900000 cals)

Was this all healthy? Maybe not - but I do plan in going to the gym to run / walk / sweat tonight. Our work group is running the Pat Tillman run in mid-April, so thats 46 days to get in running shape to run 4.2 miles. Terrified is an understatement. Even in my fitness prime (IE high school soccer), I HATED long distance running. Lets hope I can change my mentality for this one.

I feel like the co-worker factor just ups the anty and because I am psycho competitive (depending on the topic) and the last thing I want to do is be a sweaty gross pig in front of co-workers.
